A bit of background for me. I'm aligned with the Assembly of God (Pentecostal) church in Northern Virginia, and I have been Pentecostal for over 30 years starting my way in California. It has been the only Church that I have been most comfortable attending and the easiest to relate to (I am Mexican-American).

My local church, however, has its issues now that I would not feel comfortable rejoining. It is only the local church, not the denomination.

I have considered traditional churches, I was raised Catholic and my husband was raised Episcopalian. We find both churches unable to fit our needs.

I'm a teacher and some traditional churches may not let me teach.
