Are You Ready to Meet Ted Bundy?
God’s power to forgive the people we would never think of.

Now here is a question that every Christian should be asking oneself and be prepared to answer honestly. Over 13 years ago, I heard a podcast from Focus on the Family (Porn’s Link to Sex and Violence 1/29/09), and I was shocked to hear that a couple of days before his execution, Ted Bundy confessed his sins to God and accepted Jesus into his heart. Dear reader, if you are a born again Christian, you might meet Ted Bundy, among other people you did not think you would meet in heaven.
In Time Magazine’s Complete List of Crimes of the Century, Ted Bundy was accused and sentenced to execution for the murders of 30 girls and women and is ranked #14 of the crimes of the 20th century. According to this original article, it stated, “Somewhere out there is a young woman who may not know that her father was the devil.” I cannot imagine the pain he caused to the families of the 30 girls and women he confessed to taking their lives. My heart goes out to each one of those families, as this is a tragedy that would take me a long time to heal. His crimes are unthinkable to me, but what astonishes me is that he is a brother in Christ by his own…
